Certainly, yes. VULCANY provides insurance for every purchase while it is in transit until it reaches you. To ensure that you receive your products securely, we ask for a signature upon delivery. Once you sign for the goods, you assume responsibility for them. However, if the products are being delivered to someone other than yourself, their signature at the designated delivery address signifies delivery by VULCANY, and responsibility for the product is then transferred.

As a new entrepreneurs, we cover the cost of shipping, but please note that any extra customs duties, foreign taxes, or additional fees that might be imposed will be the responsibility of the customer.

We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 5 days to try it out with everything in your closet. If it doesn’t work out, email us at vulcanyjewerly@gmail.com and we will sort it out for you.

Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at vulcanyjewerly@gmail.com so we can arrange it for you.
