Return & Refund Policy

At Vulcany Jewelry, each piece is crafted with high standards of quality and carefully inspected before shipping. However, we accept returns only under the conditions described below.

Returns for Manufacturing Defects

Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects.

The customer must notify the defect within 3 calendar days after delivery of the order.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Once the piece is received, it will be evaluated by our team. If the defect is confirmed, repair, replacement, or refund may be offered, as deemed appropriate and at the discretion of Vulcany Jewelry.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Custom pieces, including names, initials, dates, special measurements, or designs made at the customer's request.

  • Earrings, for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, accidents, or handling after delivery.

Return Shipping

In approved cases involving manufacturing defects, Vulcany Jewelry will cover the cost of return shipping.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Return Process

To request a return, the customer must contact us in writing at:

The request must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe once the returned item has been inspected.
