At Vulcany Jewelry, each piece is carefully crafted and prepared with great attention to detail. We invite you to review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

Ready-to-ship products: processed within 2–5 business days.

Custom or made-to-order pieces: production time may vary between 7–28 business days, depending on the design and specifications.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship within the United States and to selected international destinations through reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on the destination and type of order.

The shipping method and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Promotional free shipping, when available, will be clearly indicated on the website.

For international orders, taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Vulcany Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • The shipping carrier

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Any circumstances beyond our control

5. Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.

Any additional cost for reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier:

Vulcany Jewelry is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

We recommend selecting insured shipping for high-value orders when available.

However, we will gladly assist customers in the claims process with the shipping carrier.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the product
